We’re looking for a driven and versatile Growth Specialist to spearhead our go-to-market strategy and drive early customer acquisition. This is a critical role in our startup, requiring a hands-on individual with a passion for building something from the ground up. You will be responsible for developing and executing both sales and marketing initiatives, from lead generation to closing deals. This role offers significant growth potential as the company scales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Implement various lead generation tactics, including content marketing, digital marketing, social media marketing, email marketing, and potentially outbound sales efforts.
- Sales Execution: Manage the sales pipeline, qualify leads, conduct product demos, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
- Digital Marketing: Manage SEO, social media marketing, paid advertising campaigns (PPC), and other online channels to drive traffic and generate leads.
- Marketing Analytics: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyze data to measure campaign effectiveness and optimize marketing efforts.
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Manage the CRM system and ensure data accuracy.
- Market Research: Research market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities and inform strategy.
- Sales & Marketing Budget Management: Manage the sales and marketing budget, allocating resources effectively.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience (2+ years ideally) in sales and/or marketing roles, preferably in a SaaS environment.
- Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a small team.
- Passion for startups and a willingness to wear multiple hats.
- Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools is a plus.
