You will be responsible for creating interactive and effective content for language and soft skills, transforming traditional curriculum into fun, bite-sized digital lessons. We will train you on our platform’s tools, but we want someone who is eager to experiment with new ideas and adapt to our unique lesson flow.
This is a part-time position requiring a minimum commitment of 10-15 hours per week. We are particularly interested in candidates who are based in Vietnam and fluent in English.

Job Summary:
The Content Creator, Lesson & Course Development will be responsible for creating engaging and effective language and soft skills course content for the Immersio platform. This role requires a strong background in education and teaching, a tech-savvy mindset, and a passion for creating interactive, learner-centric materials. The ideal candidate will transform traditional curriculum into dynamic, bite-sized lessons that maximize student engagement and learning outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Content Creation: Develop and author course content, including lessons, quizzes, and assignments, based on provided syllabi and curriculum guidelines.
- Platform Implementation: Use the Immersio platform to build and publish courses, ensuring content is correctly structured and optimized for the platform.
- Instructional Design: Design lesson flows that are interactive and aligned with modern learning methodologies, particularly for blended and mobile learning.
- Research & Adaptation: Research and analyze successful learning apps (e.g., Duolingo, Babbel, etc) to understand their lesson flows and adapt best practices to fit the Immersio platform.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the product and engineering teams to provide feedback on platform tools and suggest new features to improve content creation.
- Quality Assurance: Review and edit content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency in style and tone.
Qualifications:
- Educational Background: A degree in Education, Linguistics, or a related field is preferred.
- Teaching Experience: Proven experience teaching languages (English, Vietnamese, or other) is required. Experience with soft skills training is a plus.
- Tech Savvy: A strong interest in and ability to quickly learn new software, platforms, and authoring tools.
- Problem-Solving: Proactive and willing to troubleshoot technical issues and find creative solutions for content challenges.
- Adaptability: Eager to adapt traditional teaching methods to a modern, interactive digital format.
- Detail-Oriented: Exceptional attention to detail in grammar, spelling, and content structure.
