If your monthly credits are exhausted, the system will instantly notify you. Subdomain owners can purchase flexible Top-up credit packs at any time to ensure that teaching and learning activities continue without interruption.
3. Quota Management & Revenue Sharing (Student Upsell)
For Teachers: The Center/Subdomain Owner manages and allocates credit quotas, allowing teachers the creative freedom to build high-quality content.
For Students: Centers can enable the “Self-Top-up” feature. If a student desires intensive speaking practice beyond the class allotment, they can purchase additional credits directly. This prevents unexpected costs for the Center while creating a new revenue stream from student demand.
4. Pilot Phase Commitment
During the 60-day Pilot period, customers enjoy Unlimited AI Credits. Following this phase, our regional partners will consult with you to recommend the most cost-effective credit package based on your actual usage data, ensuring your budget is always optimized compared to traditional per-user models.
