We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced part-time UX/UI Designer to join our team. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented individual with a passion for language learning who is looking for a flexible, remote work opportunity that fits around family commitments. You will play a crucial role in designing user-centered interfaces for our language learning products, contributing to our mission of making language learning accessible and enjoyable for everyone. We are particularly interested in candidates who are based in Vietnam and fluent in English.
Responsibilities:
- User Research: Conduct user research to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points.
- User Flows & Wireframing: Create user flows, wireframes, and prototypes to visualize and test design concepts.
- UI Design: Design visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces for our language learning products (web and mobile).
- Usability Testing: Conduct usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs.
- Collaboration: Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other team members.
- Design System Maintenance: Contribute to and maintain our design system to ensure consistency across all products.
- Accessibility: Design with accessibility in mind, ensuring our products are usable by everyone.
- Flexible Hours: Work on projects on demand, accommodating your family schedule.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience (3+ years preferred) as a UX/UI Designer.
- A strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design solutions.
- Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).
- Excellent understanding of UX/UI principles and best practices.
- Detail-oriented and passionate about creating high-quality designs.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken).
- Based in Vietnam.
- Experience in designing for language learning products is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
