Customer Success Representative

Job Type: Full Time

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Success Representative to join our Sales and Customer Service department. As a Customer Success Representative, you will play a vital role in ensuring the success and satisfaction of our valued customers. You will be responsible for on-boarding new customers, providing ongoing support, and building strong relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing their inquiries and resolving any issues
  • Conduct product onboarding sessions to ensure customers understand the value and functionality of our product/service
  • Proactively engage with customers to ensure their success and satisfaction
  • Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products/services to customers
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and improve overall customer experience
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the CRM system


  • Previous experience in a customer service or customer success role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Knowledge of CRM systems is a plus
