Business Development Manager

We are seeking an experienced and strategic-minded Business Development Manager to join our Sales and Customer Service department. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with key stakeholders, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and prospect potential clients, including conducting market research and analyzing industry trends
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
  • Develop and execute strategic business development plans to achieve sales targets
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop customized solutions for clients
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to secure new business partnerships
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitive landscape

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in a B2B environment
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
  • Ability to think strategically and identify new business opportunities
  • Result-oriented mindset and ability to work independently
